A kid at the farmer's market told me my sourdough was 'too sour' for his goldfish.

He was dead serious, said his fish only likes 'mild' bread. Has anyone else gotten feedback that made you question your whole process?

That is the most specific critique I've ever heard! It's kind of amazing, really. My confidence would be shaken too after a review from a goldfish food critic. You just have to laugh and keep baking.
