Finally nailed my sourdough scoring after 8 straight failed loaves
Spent last Thursday morning watching a dozen YouTube tutorials and trying different blade angles on my banneton basket, and the ear I got on that boule after 3 months of flat breads made me actually cheer out loud in my tiny apartment kitchen - anyone else struggle with getting that perfect spring in a home oven?
