Feel for you, but that starter might just be in a coma. Seen some wild comebacks after a long fridge nap (which is basically what your car was). Try feeding it with some warm water and a bit of honey, the sugar can sometimes kickstart things. Give it a few days of regular feedings before you declare it totally dead. The worst that happens is you confirm what you already think.
