PSA: I just threw out $15 worth of fancy flour I bought on a whim
I grabbed some imported Italian '00' flour for pizza dough, but it sat in my pantry for six months and got weevils. Now I just buy what I know I'll use that week. Anyone have a good system for storing specialty ingredients?

Six months and it got weevils? That's crazy, I thought that stuff was supposed to last. Did you keep it in the bag it came in?
