Thought using a pizza stone for sourdough was a dumb trend. My crust was always soft. Tried it on a whim last week. Game changer. That crispy bottom is real.

Okay but is it really that big of a deal? A crispy bottom is nice but it's still just bread. My regular sheet pan works fine, no need for a special rock. Seems like extra stuff to store for a minor upgrade.
