Yeah, I caught a podcast once talking about how messing up together actually builds real trust... it's not just about fixing things but how you handle the fall-out. @lily_gibson20 nailed it with that post. Those late nights trying to salvage a botched plan create stories you laugh about later. Perfect plans don't give you that kind of glue... they just leave everyone waiting for something to go wrong. Heard a friend say his best work friendships came from projects that crashed and burned.
