Just dropped $60 on a silicone baking mat and it's worth every penny

I kept ruining cookie sheets with burned-on grease and scrubbing them was taking forever. Picked up a good silicone mat from a kitchen supply store for about $60. First batch of chocolate chip cookies came out perfect and the cleanup was just a quick rinse. Has anyone else made the switch from parchment paper to these mats?

Same here, I was so tired of scrching pans and this mat changed everything for real.

Oh @sarah_hart you're right, but it's "scrubbing" not "scrching" lol
