So I was at the new bakery on Elm Street and saw the weirdest thing
They had a whole display case of these perfect looking cupcakes, but every single one had a giant thumb print smashed right into the frosting. The girl behind the counter just shrugged and said the owner's kid 'helped' decorate that morning. Has anyone else seen a bakery just roll with a fail like that?

That's honestly kind of charming, lol.

Kind of charming" is exactly right. I used to think stuff like that was just weird or messy, but seeing it in the right spot totally flipped my view. It adds this little bit of unexpected personality to a space.

Oh totally, I've been there too. What I've found is that tucking a little quirky piece into a corner or low-traffic spot keeps it from feeling cluttered while still giving the room that charm. Stick to one or two small oddities and it reads more intentional than messy.
