Dollar store picture frames saved my poster collection

My basement flooded last spring and warped almost every poster I had framed with the cheapo ones from Target. I grabbed five 11x14 frames for $2 each at the Dollar General on Route 9 and they have these little plastic tabs that actually seal the back tight. Anyone else trust the dollar store frames over the big box options or am I asking for a repeat disaster?

Man that sucks about the flood, sorry you lost so many. I've had water damage ruin stuff too and it's a sick feeling when you pull out a frame and the ink is just... gone. The dollar store frames are honestly hit or miss but some of them are built surprisingly solid. I got a bunch for my garage last year and they've held up fine through some rough humidity. Good luck with the new ones, hope they treat you better than the Target ones did.
