Read somewhere that old pizzeria couches are actually a hot commodity for vintage decor folks (they love the greasy patina or whatever). Getting one behind a joint like that means it's probably been through a few midnight shifts and sauce spills (which gives it character, right?). I heard a guy on a podcast say these things are built like tanks compared to modern stuff, so it'll probably outlast your next three apartments. Just make sure you check for critters before bringing it inside (spiders love old foam, trust me). You planning to reupholster it or keep the authentic pizza joint vibe going?
