A guy at the bike shop said my seat was way too low, and he was right

He showed me how my knee should be almost straight at the bottom of the pedal stroke. I raised it about two inches and my ride to work in Seattle is so much easier now. Anyone else get a simple tip that fixed a big problem?

Isn't it wild how one small change can make that much difference? I had the same thing with my handlebars being too far forward. My shoulders were killing me after every ride. A friend pointed it out, I slid them back an inch, and it was like a whole new bike. You don't know what you're missing until you fix it.

Sometimes you just get used to the pain and it's not worth messing with your setup lol
