Found a shortcut through an alley that shaved 12 minutes off my commute

I was stuck at a light every morning for weeks until I scouted a back alley behind a strip mall in Denver that connects two bike lanes. Now I skip three major intersections and save 12 minutes each way. Does anyone else have hidden shortcuts they use?

Ugh, is 12 minutes REALLY that big of a deal? I mean, congrats I guess, but @taraj11 acting like they found the holy grail over a strip mall alley is kind of extra. If your commute is that tight, maybe just leave 10 minutes earlier.
