My bike ride to work has me arguing with myself about productivity
I've been biking to my office for three months now. On one hand, I arrive feeling awake and clear-headed. On the other, after a long ride, I sometimes struggle through afternoon tasks. A friend at work swears by it, but another says it hurts his output. Curious how other commuters handle this balance.

Ever try switching your ride to after work instead? I found that biking home drains my leftover energy, not the focus I need for my actual job... Morning walks get my head right without the same crash later. Maybe it's less about the exercise itself and more about when you do it.
