Rain pants were a waste of $60 until I bought the cheap ones
Spent $60 on fancy breathable rain pants and they still soaked through after 20 min in a Portland downpour last month. Picked up a $15 pair of frog toggs at a hardware store and honestly they've been way better, anyone else find the budget gear wins for wet commutes?
