That $60 rain cape from the outdoor store turned me into a sailboat on my commute into downtown Seattle
I bought this fancy poncho thinking it would keep me dry, but when the wind hit the bridge near Pike Place Market, it ballooned up and nearly yanked me into a bus, so does anyone else just wear a cheap jacket and accept wet legs instead of dropping cash on gear that fights you?
