That weird clicking sound from my rear wheel took three whole evenings to fix

I thought it was just a loose spoke, so I tightened a few... no change. Then I checked the cassette, still nothing. Finally found a tiny rock stuck between the tire and rim tape after taking the whole wheel apart. What should have been a quick look turned into about six hours over three days. Anyone else have a simple noise turn into a huge time sink?

Three whole evenings" for a tiny rock? That's the universe reminding us who's really in charge of our free time. It always seems to be the smallest, dumbest thing that takes the longest to find. Classic bike repair luck right there.

Come on, it's just a rock in a tire. Is three nights really that big of a deal? People act like every little hassle is some deep message from the cosmos. Sometimes a flat tire is just a flat tire, you know? It's annoying, but maybe we don't need to make it a whole thing.
