Appreciation post: That one comment that made me finish Barry
Someone on here said "watch until episode 5 of season 1 or you're missing the whole point" and I was ready to quit after the first two. Who else had a specific comment or rec that saved a show for them?

Oh man, that comment on The Wire made me stick through a slow first season and it paid off huge.

Yeah, that comment on The Wire is exactly what kept me going too. My buddy Mark told me the same thing, said just get through the first few episodes and it all clicks into place. He was totally right. By the time I hit season 2, I was binge watching every night. It's crazy how slow it starts but then it just grabs you.
