Binged all 5 seasons of The Expanse in 3 weeks, here's the toll it took

I had to choose between finally catching up on The Expanse or starting a new 6 part docuseries about deep sea fishing. I picked The Expanse because my brother kept spoiling plot points in our group chat. After 3 weeks of staying up till 2am every night, I finished season 5 finale with a massive headache and zero memory of what happened in my actual life. My sleep schedule is wrecked and I keep hearing the Rocinante engine hum during work meetings. Has anyone else binged a show that long and regretted it, or am I just weak?
