Tried to watch one episode of 'The Bear' before bed last Tuesday. Ended up finishing the whole first season by 3 AM.

Bro that show is a trap. I made the same mistake and my whole sleep schedule got wrecked. My rule now is to never start a new episode after 9 PM, full stop. You gotta treat it like a work night and just shut it off.

Man, totally agree with you on this one! @kevin_wells46 says it's just a show, but clearly hasn't been bit by the binge bug yet. One episode turns into four and suddenly it's 2 AM and you're questioning your life choices. I've learned the hard way too, now I set a hard alarm on my phone for 10 PM to snap me out of it. It's like a zombie game, you think you can stop after one more but then the sun's coming up.
