Unpopular take: I enjoy waiting a week between episodes now

Used to devour entire seasons in one sitting, especially during the 2020 lockdown in Austin. But I started watching Severance week to week and honestly the theories and chats between episodes make it way better. Am I the only one who gets more out of the show when I can't rush past it?

Ugh, yes, this is literally me right now! I binged all of Succession during the early pandemic days and I barely remember half of it. But my friend convinced me to watch The Bear week to week last season and it was a whole different experience. I'd catch little details I missed the first time and the group chat would go wild over theories. It feels less like a blur and more like I'm actually living in the show's world between episodes. Plus, waiting gives me time to sit with the ending and let it hit me, you know? I honestly think I get more out of the show now than I ever did rushing through it.
