Unpopular opinion: I was drawing my temper colors out way too long, and a guy at a swap meet in Tulsa pointed it out
He watched me pull a chisel at a full straw yellow and said I was leaving hardness on the table. Now I quench at a light straw for most edge tools, but I am curious what color you all stop at for a cold chisel.
