My buddy's rule about teaching games saved game night last Friday
He always says to hand out player aids before explaining anything, so people can follow along. I tried it with a heavier euro game at my place in Austin, and two new players actually got it by round 3 instead of zoning out. Anyone else have a teaching trick that just works every time?
