Had a chat with a 20-year veteran from Baton Rouge and he made me question my whole approach to tube rolling
He told me he hasn't used a torch on anything under 3/8 wall in over a decade, just cold bends everything with a good bender and a lot of patience. I've been fighting with heat and fire for years on small stuff and never even thought to try it another way. Any of you guys out there skipping the torch on thinner material?

And what I really want to see @ray_patel27 is how the pipe held up after you did the bends. I've tried cold bending 1/2 inch myself and found you have to go really slow or it kinks on the inside curve. The trick I picked up is to keep steady pressure and check your angle every few inches. I'd be curious if you used a bender or just did it by hand with a form. Ended up heating mine just a bit with a torch afterwards to relieve some stress, and it worked out fine.
