My mentor's hinge trick saved me 40% on book board waste
Old Frank from the bindery in Portland told me to cut the hinge allowance at 45 degrees instead of square, and after 50 test joints I stopped splitting the spine cloth on every single case, but now I'm wondering if anyone else has a better way to handle rounded corners without hand sanding each one?
