That cheap propogation station I bought on Amazon actually works better than my expensive glass ones
I gotta admit, I was super skeptical when I saw this $12 propogation station with those little plastic test tube things. I've been using fancy borosilicate glass vials for like 3 years now, and I thought plastic would look cheap and probably crack. But my buddy Sarah from the local plant swap in Portland swore by it, so I figured why not give it a shot. The thing holds water way better than my glass ones because the tubes sit tighter in the rack, and I haven't had a single leaf rot since I switched. It's been about 6 weeks now and my pothos cuttings are rooting like crazy in there. Has anyone else had a cheap piece of gear totally outperform their expensive setup?

Feel you on the clouding worry, thats the main reason I stuck with glass for so long too. Mine are still crystal clear after 6 weeks, not a hint of fog or algae buildup yet. Honestly I'm kicking myself for dropping all that cash on the fancy ones when this cheapo does the job better.

Got a link to that one? I've been eyeing a cheap Amazon setup but worried the plastic tubes would cloud up after a month or so.
