Threw $45 down the drain on a cheap humidity dome setup for my seedlings
Honestly I thought I was saving money by buying those flimsy plastic propagation domes from a discount garden center near my house. They looked fine in the package but after three days the plastic started fogging up so bad it dripped on my trays and caused damping off on half my tomato starts. I lost about 20 seedlings that I was planning to transplant this spring, plus the $45 for the domes themselves. Has anyone else had mold issues with those budget clear covers or is it just me?
