Just realized I was wasting money on pre-shredded cheese for years
I was at Aldi last Tuesday grabbing stuff for tacos and noticed the block cheese was $1.50 cheaper per pound than the bagged stuff. My buddy who works in a dairy plant told me they add cellulose to prevent clumping, which means you're literally paying for sawdust and less cheese. How long have you all been grating your own blocks and did I miss a memo?

Buddy of mine started grating his own after finding a plastic shard in a bag.
