Met a guy in a hostel in Prague who bragged about spending $0 on food for 3 days straight
He said he just ate the free breakfast at hostels and snacked on bread from supermarket bins. I called him out on the health risk and he got super defensive. Have any of you actually tried dumpster diving or is this guy just full of it?

Free breakfast and literal garbage, his digestive system must be a biological hazard zone.

Man, my gut after the free breakfast buffet at a conference last week sounded like a backed-up garbage disposal for two days straight. I swear I saw some sesame seeds from that stale bagel I ate come back through looking exactly the same way they went in. Guess my stomach's just an expert at recycling, even if nobody asked for the final product.
