My view on our city's ferry service totally flipped after this weekend.

I used to think it was just for commuters. Riding it as a tourist route showed me it's a scenic and affordable way to explore.

The 5:30 PM ferry offers a stunning view of the bridge.

My buddy Mark took the ferry around the bay on a whim. He couldn't believe how pretty it was for the price. Now he tells all our friends to try it.

That 5:30 view is nice, but the ferry is still mostly just a slow, crowded bus on water for most people.
