Wait, that math seems off. If they cut their bill in half, wouldn't that mean they were spending $360 a week before, not $180? Unless the $180 was for two people and now it's just one.

Oh man, you just did the math I was too lazy to do. My brain just saw "cut in half" and went with it without actually thinking. I'm the kind of person who needs a calculator to figure out a tip, so this tracks. You're totally right, the numbers only make sense if it was for more people before. My bad for not catching that!
