Hit 100 consecutive days in my journal and it finally clicked
I always thought daily logging was overhyped, but after 100 days straight I saw a pattern in my sleep and mood I never noticed before. The streak itself didn't matter, but seeing the data line up proved the method works. Anyone else have a number that made them believe?
