Hot take: I was reading a book on graphic design history and found a bullet journaling connection

The book mentioned that the creator of the bullet journal, Ryder Carroll, originally developed his system to manage his own ADHD symptoms. I found this in 'The Organized Mind' by Daniel Levitin, page 142. Does anyone know if he's ever talked about this in interviews?

That makes so much sense, actually.

I see this all the time with my friends and movie quotes. Someone will swear a line is from one scene, and another person has a clear memory of it being somewhere else. Our brains just latch onto different details and rewrite the memory a bit each time we recall it. It's wild how two people can experience the same thing and walk away with different facts. That's probably why eyewitness accounts can be so unreliable in court.

I read that same book and remember a different page number.
