Just realized my old color-coding system was a waste after talking to a graphic designer
She told me to pick 3 highlighters max and stick with only those, so now I just mark tasks with orange for urgent and blue for follow-ups, and I actually finish my weekly spreads instead of drowning in rainbow swatches lol - anyone else ever get feedback that made you ditch half your supplies?

Did she give you any rules about when to use each color, or is it just whatever feels right at the moment? Like do you have a specific system for deciding what counts as urgent versus follow-up?

Yeah I just had a simple RULE - red for TODAY, blue for this WEEK.
