My habit tracker was too cluttered so I tried a single line per month
I had the same problem everyone does, too many habits and not enough space. So last month I just drew one long horizontal line across my monthly spread and put the dates on top. Each habit gets a different color dot on that line. Way less mess and I can actually see if I'm falling off mid month without flipping pages. Has anyone else tried something like this?

Too many habits and not enough space" is kind of funny to me. I mean, how many habits are we really tracking here? If you need more than five or six lines, maybe the problem isn't the layout, it's that you're trying to do too much at once. A single line with colored dots sounds like it would just end up looking like a messy rainbow after a couple weeks, and then you're stuck squinting to figure out which dot means "drink water" vs "did my stretches.

True to form victor_carter51, sounds like another case of people overcomplicating simple things that just need a good old hammer and nail approach.
