Shoutout to the minimalist spread that ACTUALLY saved my bullet journal habit
I was always the person who NEEDED a full color-coded monthly spread with washi tape and hand-drawn headers. Thought those super simple black and white layouts looked boring and lazy. But after I burned out on my December spread halfway through and quit journaling for like 3 months, I gave the minimalist thing a real shot. Started with just a basic weekly log using a single pen and a ruler, no frills. Turns out I spend way less time on setup and way more time actually tracking my habits and tasks. Now I do a quick 10 minute layout every Sunday night and it actually sticks. Has anyone else switched from fancy to simple and found it worked better for them?
