Customer told me my steaks were cut wrong, and he was right

Guy who used to work at a high end place in Chicago pointed out I was cutting too much against the grain on ribeyes. Changed to a 45 degree angle on the last 3 cuts and the texture came out way better. Anyone else get feedback from a customer that actually helped?

Customer feedback is rare gold like that. 45 degrees sounds like a solid middle ground that keeps the tenderness without losing structure.
