Just realized I blew $150 on a 'verified' review service that was a total scam

They promised 50 'authentic' reviews for my shop, but every single one got flagged and removed within a week. Has anyone found a legit way to get real customer feedback without getting penalized?

Wait, they charged you $150 for that? That's insane for fake reviews. The platforms are way too good at spotting that stuff now. You're honestly better off just asking your real customers.

Ugh, total scam. @laura_white99 is right, those fake ones get deleted so fast. Just a waste of money.

Ugh, yeah I've been down that exact road and it sucks. Honestly the only thing that's worked for me is sending a quick follow-up email right after a purchase with a direct link to leave a review, maybe throw in a small discount code for their next order. Keeps it organic and you won't get flagged.
