My buddy Marcus changed how I read reviews after one text about his $60 blender
Marcus texted me last week about a blender he almost bought because it had 4.8 stars on a big site. He looked at the one star reviews first and saw the same complaint from 6 different people about the motor burning out at month 5. He skipped it and bought a cheaper one with fewer total reviews but way better written ones. Now I read the two and three star reviews before anything else. Does anyone else sort by lowest rating first when they shop?
