My sister's casual comment about my review habits actually stuck with me
We were talking about a restaurant we both went to last month, and I mentioned I left a 2 star review because the service was slow. She goes "you know servers read those, right?" and shrugged. It hit me different because she used to work in food service for 5 years. I never thought about the human on the other side of a bad rating. Now I try to write reviews like I'm talking to the owner, not just venting into the void. Still honest, but less harsh. Has anyone else changed how they review after someone pointed out who actually sees them?
