That one reviewer's advice about returns saved me $70 in shipping
Someone in this forum pointed out that Amazon's free return labels are actually deducted from your refund if the item is oversized. I nearly sent back a heavy cat tree from a seller in Austin last week, but after reading that tip I checked the fine print and yeah, 20% restock fee plus label cost. Changed how I sort reviews now, I look for folks who mention return policy details instead of just product quality. Has anyone else been burned by hidden return costs on bulky stuff?

Tbh I used to skip return policy reviews too, but this changed my whole view.
