The one-star review that made me call the seller directly

Last month I saw a brutal 1-star review on a camping chair I sell, complaining the zipper broke on day one. I called the guy in Spokane and he admitted he'd been using it as a makeshift dog kennel for 3 weeks. Has anyone else had a review where the real story only came out after you picked up the phone?
