Update: a seller on Etsy begged me to change my 4 star review and now I get why some buyers just leave 5 stars
Last Tuesday I left a 4 star review on a $28 handmade candle because the jar lid did not fit right, and the seller messaged me twice asking me to bump it to 5 stars since anything under that hurts her shop's ranking. I honestly did not know the star average was that big a deal for small sellers, so now I feel weird about every honest 4 star review I have ever left. Do you still leave 4 stars when the item is fine but not perfect, or do you just skip reviewing at that point?
