Good week in the shop, then a stupid mistake Friday

Had a run of 14 laminate tops for a dentist's office in Akron and everything lined up perfect for four days. Edge banding stuck clean, seams matched, no tearout on the router. Then Friday morning I grabbed the wrong glue bottle off the bench, the PVA instead of the CA, and it took me 20 minutes to figure out why the banding kept slipping. Wasted two strips of pre-finished maple before I checked the label. Has anyone else had a solid week ruined by one dumb habit like not sorting your bottles?

Color coding the caps would have saved that whole week.
