The week I forgot to check grain direction on 14 maple doors and sprayed them all
I had 14 shaker doors laid out for a kitchen in Portland and every single one got assembled with the grain running sideways because I was rushing to beat a Friday install. Now I dry fit every door against the cabinet frame before glue touches it, no exceptions. How do you guys keep grain direction straight when you're batching out a big order?
