Tried a trick with a biscuit joiner for face frames and it saved me an hour

Been building face frames for years and always struggled with alignment on the glue-up. Last week I tried using a spacer block clamped to the fence to get consistent biscuit slots every time instead of measuring each one. Anyone else have a jig or trick they swear by for face frame assembly?

No way man, a spacer block clamped to the fence? That sounds way too simple but I bet it works like a dream. Ive been doing it the hard way all these years with a tape measure and a pencil, double checking every slot like a chump. That trick alone would probably save me half an hour per cabinet run, easy. I gotta go build one of those spacer jigs tonight before my next project.

Man I wish you'd posted this before my last three kitchens.
