My buddy got the same crap from an inspector up in Broken Arrow last year, told him his loops were sloppy and hanging too low off the disconnect. He redid all of them with a tighter bend and a longer drop and the guy still wrote it up, so sometimes you just can't win with these dudes. He said the worst part was climbing back up there twice for nothing. Sounds like your foreman was at least straight with you about it instead of writing it down.
