Cable fish tape vs glow rod for a 50 foot underground run today

I went with the glow rods because I figured they'd handle the 90 degree bends better and I didn't want to deal with the tape getting stuck halfway. Anyone here have a preference for long buried conduit runs or is it just whatever you grabbed first?

Glow rods every time for underground stuff. Had a fish tape bind up on me in a 50 foot run with a couple of sweeps and spent an hour trying to get it unstuck. Never going back after that.

Call the fish tape the winner here. 50 feet isn't that long and a decent tape won't bind up if you lube the conduit and keep tension on it. Glow rods are flimsy and can snap if you hit a wet spot, plus they're useless for actually pulling wire back through.
