PSA: got burned at a Mississauga open house when the seller's agent said 3 offers were already in
I showed up 20 minutes late to a semi on Traders Blvd listed at $799,000 and by the time I walked in the agent was telling everyone it was now over $900,000, so I called my own agent right there in the driveway and told him we put offers in writing within 24 hours or we walk, and has anyone else had a listing go up six figures before they even got their shoes off?
