Our policy changed to a $50,000 deductible per claim, so a burst pipe could cost each unit over $5,000. Has your building seen a similar jump?

Honestly, that deductible is wild! My building's rules changed last year and I'm still trying to figure out if my emergency fund covers a disaster or just my bad takeout habit. A five grand surprise bill would definitely mean eating a lot of ramen.
