Watching a bidding war on a Brampton townhouse made me swear off open houses for good
Stood in a packed open house on a Saturday in Brampton last month where 40 people shuffled through a 3 bed townhouse listed at $799,000, and by Monday it sold for $1.02 million, so now I just watch listings online and refuse to step foot in another one of these circus shows.

Skip open houses, watch who bids, that's your real info.
